Welcome to the Calming Collection®. I am committed to providing excellent customer service. Please feel free to contact me with any questions or concerns not addressed on the website. My collection of CD's provides simple, direct solutions for handling life situations in a calm, relaxed way. These CD's are an aid to people in reducing anxiety and stress through the use of audio programs.

Shopping, Sales Tax and More

Making a purchase could not be easier, just browse our online shop, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "checkout" and you will be asked for some information in order to complete your order. We only accept payment via Paypal's® clients and non-clients and your account will be charged in US dollars once we have received your order. All CDs listed contains a detailed description of the product to help you during your shopping.

Once we have received your order you will immediately notify you by e-mail and let you know that we have successfully received your order. And later you will be receiving another e-mail with the status of your order. If you do not receive any of these e-mails please click here to contact us immediately. We do not allow back-orders, if we do not have one of your order's items, you will be notified immediately by e-mail.

The destination of your shipment will determine the applicable sales tax. There is no sales tax for orders shipped to destinations outside of Florida. Orders shipped within Florida will be charged 6.5% sales tax.

US and International Shipping

All prices are in US Dollars only.

US SHIPPING: We ship to the 48 US contiguous states. Your shipping costs are automatically added to your purchase and can be viewed at your check out screen PRIOR to you checking out in your shopping cart. 

All available orders are shipped within two business days via USPS Priority Mail, or via confirmed shipment by FedEx, or UPS. To maintain our clients privacy, all products will be shipped in unmarked packages and only under extraordinary circumstances, shipment may be marked, in which case you will be notified.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:  ALL International residents (including Hawaii, Alaska and Canada) please request a shipping quote by clicking here. In case of different currency the rate would be of the charging day's exchange. All International shipping is via regular priority mail, and unfortunately tracking number or shipping guarantee are not available.

Order Changes and Cancellations

If you purchase a CD and the CD is defective, I will gladly replace it for you with all packaging attached, but we do not guarantee product in stock. The only cost you will incur is the shipping and handling costs. 

If you want to change or cancel your order, please e-mail me (click here) and let me know how I can help you with your order. In all requests, I withholds the right to refuse any change, exchange or return requests. Authorized returns may incur a 15% restocking fee. All exchanges must be made within seven days of receiving the item. Any items returned without tracking number are not my responsibility if lost.

Shipping, handling, insurance and/or customs fees are not refundable. I will credit the amount of the returned goods to your card once the merchandise is received. If payment was made using exchanging rate, REFUNDS will be made at the exchange rate of the return date (when the goods have been Returned). Please mark clearly on your invoice which items you are returning, along with the returned goods including all packaging.

Privacy Statement and Policy

All the credit card transaction is done inside of the secure and encrypted Paypal® servers and as precaution and to protect my customers' I do not store any credit card information in any format, I only store your shipping information and I do not share any of your information with any third parties except with the company that will handle your shipping.
